Civil servants may appeal to the CSAC about a personnel related decision of their chief officer.

Hearings

The hearing allows the appellant and the chief officer to discuss the matter with the CSAC.

About the CSAC

The Civil Service Appeals Commission is a quasi-judicial body appointed under the Public Service Management Law, 2005.

Its sole purpose is to consider, and decide upon, appeals from civil servants about personnel-related decisions of chief officers of civil service entities.
